Historical wine of the cellar, gets back to life in 2012 after studies in order to find the best vinification.
This well balanced and full bodied spumante is produced with the same grapes of Garda Classico Chiaretto but with an earlier harvest.
Fermentation happens in steel tanks (Charmat or Martinotti method) and rests in bottles for a few months before being ready to sell.
Fragrant red fruits on the nose, clean and fresh mouth, sapid and balanced, with a good clean finish.
Excellent as aperitif as well as for the whole meal.
