The Lume is best consumed at the end of your meal as an accompaniment to desserts, local cheeses or just on its own.

It is produced from Tocai grape, now here called Tuchì, and the fruit is dried and subsequently fermented in steel .

The resulting wine is balanced and floral with the sweetness brought to life but the lingering acidity.
