The Groppello is considered the most important red grape variety of the area.

The cluster of this native grape variety is tightly packed, with small berries and thin skins.

It is a delicate grape, with low acidity, requiring gentle vinification and careful attention to preserve its characteristic freshness, aromas dominated by red fruit, and a hint of black pepper that makes them more intriguing.

Our interpretation of this native red grape variety from the Brescia side of the lake is focused on highlighting these very traits, which result in a light wine that is very simple yet rich in sensations that bring you closer to the fruit.

It shows a bright red color, not too intense or deep, but luminous and vibrant. The tannins are soft, making it an excellent red wine for the summer.

It is the first red wine to be released from the cellar after harvest, as its vinification is not aimed at achieving complexity or aging potential.

This wine is perfect for pairing with both cooked dishes and cold cuts or cheeses, fish like pike, salmon or baccalà, appetizers and snacks.

It is our red wine that can also be paired with fish, perhaps after a few minutes on ice to enhance its crispness.
