After a long fermentation in a pressurized tank with the Charmat method, also called Martinotti, come this rich and full spumante.
Produced with hand picked white grapes, we produce this spumante since the 70’s , and it’s one of the very first spumante made in the area.
Excellent as aperitif, very good choice for the whole meal.
